How Our Collection & Delivery Service Works

Choose a date and time for collection.
2. Collection
We will collect your bike from your home, place of work or other safe convenient location.
3. Your Quote
From the workshop we will submit a quotation for approval of work.
No work is carried out without prior approval – no surprise bills.
Or, for ultimate convenience pre-authorise a repair value at booking.
4. Drop Off
We return your bike back to you at your chosen location by arrangement.

We are fiercely independent. Repairing bikes from the community around us is our priority. Our mechanics are experienced, accredited and fully insured.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I just drop off my bike without a booking?
By booking in we can manage our workshop workload, we don’t have a “shop” frontage but we are in the workshop daily of course. If you need an urgent repair then you can give us a call/WhatsApp/text and we will do our best to fit you in. Small repairs can often be fitted around our workshop schedule, it may not be worked on immediately but we will try our best to turnaround straightforward small repairs in the same day.
